电子背散射衍射(Electron Backscatter Diffraction, EBSD)是研究材料显微结构的重要手段之一, 通过EBSD获取的菊池衍射花样是材料内部微观晶体结构的直观反映。本研究通过识别菊池花样中的对称轴, 结合晶体对称定律, 提出了一种利用菊池花样进行晶体对称性分析和晶体结构鉴定的方法。通过该方法成功对三个未知样品的对称性和晶体结构进行了判断。其中一个样品确定到所属晶系, 另两个样品锁定到部分点群, 通过确定晶系和点群排除了部分不符合对称性的相鉴定结果。研究结果表明, 利用菊池花样进行对称性分析是判断晶体结构的有效方法。同现有方法相比, 菊池衍射花样法大大缩小了相鉴定的检索范围, 显著提高了相鉴定的准确性和可靠性, 是一种有望用于新一代EBSD设备的标定技术。 相似文献

Nanotechnology has been widely applied to the fabrication of drug delivery systems in the past decades. Recently, with the progress made in microfabrication approaches, nanorobots are steadily becoming a promising means for tumor-targeting drug delivery. In general, nanorobots can be divided into two categories: nanomotors and stimuli-responsive nanorobots. Nanomotors are nanoscale systems with the ability to convert surrounding energies into mechanical motion, whereas stimuli-responsive nanorobots are featured with activatable capacity in response to various endogenous and exogenous stimulations. In this minireview, the dynamic control of nanomotors and the rational design of stimuli-responsive nanorobots are overviewed, with particular emphasis on their contribution to tumor-targeting therapy. We investigate nonlinear phase dynamics of an ideal kink mode, induced by E × B flow. Here the phase is the cross phase(θ_c) between perturbed stream function of velocity■ and magnetic field ■, i.e. θ_c= θ_φ-θ_ψ. A dimensionless parameter, analogous to the Richardson number,■(γ_(kink): the normalized growth rate of the pure kink mode; ■: normalized E × B shearing rate) is defined to measure the competition between phase pinning by the current density and phase detuning by the flow shear. When R_i 1, θ_c is locked to a fixed value,corresponding to the conventional eigenmode solution. When R_i≤1, θ_c enters a phase slipping or oscillating state, corresponding to a nonmodal solution. Inflammation, an innate immune response that prevents cellular damage caused by pathogens, consists of two successive mechanisms, namely priming and triggering. While priming is an inflammation-preparation step, triggering is an inflammation-activation step, and the central feature of triggering is the activation of inflammasomes and intracellular inflammatory protein complexes. Flavonoids are natural phenolic compounds predominantly present in plants, fruits, and vegetables and are known to possess strong anti-inflammatory activities. The anti-inflammatory activity of flavonoids has long been demonstrated, with the main focus on the priming mechanisms, while increasing numbers of recent studies have redirected the research focus on the triggering step, and studies have reported that flavonoids inhibit inflammatory responses and diseases by targeting inflammasome activation. Rheumatic diseases are systemic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases that primarily affect joints and connective tissues, and they are associated with numerous deleterious effects. Here, we discuss the emerging literature on the ameliorative role of flavonoids targeting inflammasome activation in inflammatory rheumatic diseases. 相似文献

In this paper, a novel H2Ti2O5@MoS2@SiO2 ternary composite material was prepared by a combination of dual hydrothermal method and controlled hydrolysis method, in which H2Ti2O5 nanotubes are tightly combined with hierarchical molybdenum disulfide, and the unique structure of titanate nano whiskers, including the loosely bound alkali metal ions between the titanate layers with high dielectric constant and the large aspect ratio, which induce active response to the electric field. Flower-like molybdenum disulfide provides electrical conductivity, and silicon dioxide as a insulative coating layer can suppress excessive the electrical conductivity of the two-dimensional material. The morphological evolution was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results of showed that the sheet-shaped molybdenum disulfide coated with curved H2Ti2O5 nanotubes showed a honeycomb structure with uniform size. Silicon oxide acts as a cladding layer to increase the thickness of the flakes. The existence of H2Ti2O5, molybdenum disulfide and silicon dioxide is confirmed by X-ray powder diffractometer (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The prepared product was confirmed by XPS, BET test and electrorheological rheometer. Core/shell nanoparticles not only exert the active response characteristics of titanate nanoparticles and molybdenum disulfide to electric field, but also inherit the excellent characteristics of a core-shell structure produced by the interface polarization and the synergistic effect of the polar groups on the surface of the two-dimensional material further enhance the electrorheological effect. 相似文献

由于尾气传热性能差,尾气余热热电转换系统中常采用具有强化换热结构的尾气换热器,其中,锯齿错列肋片式是常见型式之一.但如何平衡传热性能和流动阻力实现对换热器内部结构和整体尺寸的优化,使得热电系统获得总的净输出功率最大,是值得研究的内容.但现有成果均是基于限定尺寸结构,对换热器局部尺度及热电性能进行分析,没有针对强化换热器的整体优化结构和最大净输出功率展开研究.建立基于汽车尾气余热回收的热电转换数值模型,结合场协同理论,分析锯齿错列肋片式尾气换热器内部肋片结构对热电功率的影响.此外,综合考虑传热性能与流动阻力的平衡,以热电转换最大净输出功率为优化目标,对热电模块结构进行优化,并获得热电系统的相应最优性能.研究结果表明,固定热电模块尺寸时,净输出功随肋片高度增加明显增加,但受肋宽影响较小;对热电模块尺寸进行优化时,肋高和肋宽的变化均对热电模块的最优尺寸产生较大影响,单位面积最大净输出功随肋宽增加而明显降低,但受肋高的影响较小. 相似文献

Among many of 2D semiconductor-based devices, type III PN junction diodes are given special attentions due to their unique function, negative differential resistance (NDR). However, it has been found uneasy to achieve well-matched type III PN junctions from 2D–2D van der Waals heterojunctions. Here, the authors present other alternatives of type III heterojunctions, using 2D p-MoTe2/organic n-type dipyrazino[2,3-f:2′,3′-h]quinoxaline-2,3,6,7,10,11-hexacarbonitrile (HAT-CN) and 2D p-WSe2/n-MoOx systems. Those junction diodes appear to well-demonstrate static and dynamic NDR behavior via resonant tunneling and electron–hole recombination. Extended to an inverter circuit, p-MoTe2/n-HAT-CN diode enables multilevel inverter characteristics as monolithically integrated with p-MoTe2 channel field effect transistor. The same NDR diode shows dynamic LC oscillation behavior under a constant DC voltage, connected to an external inductor. From p-WSe2/n-MoOx oxide diode, similar NDR behavior to those of p-MoTe2/n-HAT-CN is again observed along with LC oscillations. The authors attribute these visible oscillation results to high peak-to-valley current ratios of their organic or oxide/2D heterojunction diodes. 相似文献
